本機為平板式機體，采用內(nèi)置式小型大功率伺服電機直接驅(qū)動、噪音低、扭矩大，配置的伺服系統(tǒng)精密可靠，性能穩(wěn)定，功能多樣，操作簡單。采用連桿式送料和連桿挑線，大旋梭勾線，配置上下送料機構(gòu)和壓腳交替提升機構(gòu)，形成301線跡。縫厚能力強，層縫性能好，倒順縫針距誤差小。制品線跡平整，全自動加油循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，降低零件的損耗，減少車縫時所產(chǎn)生的噪音，噪音低，維護保養(yǎng)方便。適合于縫制皮革、人造革、帆布等中厚料制品，也適合于縫制服裝、座墊、沙發(fā)、包袋。
This model is flat-bed style machine. It adopts link-type feeding mechanism, link thread takeup,and rotating hook to form Stitch 301, and can sew very heavy material with neat and beauty stitches, low noise, easy maintenance, and minimum difference in stitch length between forward and reverse feed. The automatic lubrication system guarantees smooth running and durable service. It’s available for sewing leather, synthetic leather, canvas,garment, seat cushion, sofa, bags, etc.
